Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Delivery outside the UAE is not available unless expressly stated otherwise.


2. Order Processing

2.1. Orders are processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase.
2.2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.3. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Delivery Timeframes

3.1. Standard delivery within the UAE is estimated at 1–3 business days.
3.2. Deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas may require 3–5 business days.
3.3. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier limitations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

4.1. A standard delivery fee of AED 9 applies to all UAE orders.
4.2. Any additional delivery charges (e.g., remote area surcharges) will be communicated prior to order confirmation.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

5.1. Due to certain constraints, we do not allow COD orders at this time.


6. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Orders

6.1. The courier will attempt delivery up to two (2) times to the address provided.
6.2. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, the order may be returned to us.
6.3. In such cases, additional delivery or re-delivery fees may apply.


7. Inspection Upon Delivery

7.1. Customers are required to inspect the goods upon receipt.
7.2. Any damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic or video evidence.
7.3. Failure to report issues within the specified period may limit or void eligibility for replacement or refund.


8. Order Tracking

8.1. When applicable, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
8.2. Tracking availability may vary depending on the courier used.


9. Delivery Restrictions

9.1. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or locations restricted by local regulations.
9.2. Certain products may be subject to additional delivery requirements or restrictions under UAE law.


10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier disruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events.
